Well, everyone got an opinion.
No need to try and force the others to believe what you believe in.covering differs from camping.
When you cover A site(for example) you move around listening to your enemy's footsteps, and shooting him on sight.
But camping is like hiding behind a wall/box and shooting at anyone who passes, it's not fair(you can see me and i can't see you)You should cover A and B site, not camp at A or B site

It's calling someone a "Camper"
Camping, just like Rushing.....is all part of the game. Get over it kids, stop crying about it.
I can see someone QQing about a hacker, or someone lagging in the game.
Stop kicking someone for camping......Kick the hackers, not the legit camper.
Any fool can rush, it takes skill to camp and wait for the fools rushing in.
Hey kid (since we're assuming everyone is a kid here), you're the one on the forums crying about it. There is a difference between camping and waiting, it takes less skill to hide behind a box and have much more time to aim while the other person has their back turned to you, it's cheap. -

If a person can kill you when camping or rushing, that means you are bad. A camper stays in 1 place without moving and you can't even kill him? Checking every corner of the map is what a professional do. Especially if you think the camper is a noob, then there's no reason you can't kill him. You should be ashamed if you are the person that kicks the camper.

If you have a weakness in your strategy, you should expect people to take advantage of it.
If you use a shotgun, people are going to keep their distance and shoot your from a far.
If you have a sniper, they are going to avoid open areas and long strait paths and try to fight you up close.
If you go everywhere with out checking for enemies, your going to get camped and flanked on.
Camping has many counter tactics to it, something is only cheap if nothing but itself can reliably beat it. Camping is only as easy as the opponent it is used against. A skilled opponent knows to check for camping, they know how to ambush campers, and they know how to beat campers with ease. It is not cheap, but a tactic with pros and cons. -

If you're the same DonShark I'm thinking of (The Lt.Col) I've played with you a lot in GM.
You camp top A or in Long B vents on GR (I've never seen you play BL), Ignore the bomb if its planted and anyone that kills you you cry about it and accuse them of anything you can think of.
Maybe Its not the camping getting you kicked, its how you're going about it? -

Well I don't know as in a S&D, TDM, and EM Camping just picks on peoples nerves don't know why tough, I tend to "Camp" In EM and some low ranks get mad at me since their too lazy to shift walk it -_- Not my fault I use ure step as an advantage and sneak up on you and kill you...and the occasional T-Bagg afterwards just to make it sizzle >.> Lawl I used to have a Spam it said "Hey hey Chill man Its not camping, the correct term is Tactical Positioning."
Fun times. As for Gm's I cant see how ghost camp..its just idiotic to me since a ghost is a damn ghost -_- but for the GR to camp it up in a vent well theirs always something called boosting

you say those aren't negative yet they are and then you call someone a farmer because he camps. also i believe its not allowed to say things like that someone is a farmer. -
You can't debate facts...
That's my point, You have exchanged opinions,whether you like camping or not it's nothing but a personal preference. Some think it is noobish , some think it should not be frowned upon. I personally think it isn't the most fun way to be killed but I would do it too if it means I can kill you.
