Si no te gusta mejor aprende ingles, desgraciadamente en ningun lugar te van a complacer solo por que tu no lo sabes leer o hablar.

mine stops at 98 % still cant play btw siighh i deleted all mother of touchers and still cant play idk how comes this thing keep updating the xtrap and it still saying it needs the latest files and i re-installed like 8 times now.

I got it fixed. I had to delete the X-Trap folder MORE THAN ONCE to get it working. Even so, HGW still doesn't load as fast as it normally does but as long as I can get into the game, I'll bare with it.

did you try deleting the HGW folder? Only delete either one or the other. I tried deleting both and it stalled on me. You might have to delete HGW this time and leave X-Trap alone and vice-versa if you haven't done it like that already.

i think a good thing to do would be to upload your xtrap and hw folder to mediafire that you are currently using so i can try it and see if it works cause mine aint all when i delete either folders

Thanks everyone who have uploaded their HGWC folders so far. The developers are analyzing the data now and we expect to see a fix soon. Thanks for your patience!

Here are some things to try in the mean time:
Deleting the contents of the Report folder in the /program files (x86)/Z8Games/Cross Fire/Report/ directory.

Delete the HGWC folder and try to reload the game.

Delete the XTrap folder and try to reload the game.

In the event that deleting these folders causes the game not to function then you may have to reinstall. These are just potential ideas that some users have found to work.

**UPDATE May 31**

1. Go to your Cross Fire folder in program files.
/Program Files (x86)/Z8Games/Cross Fire/

2. Then use a program like winrar or winzip to zip up your HGWC folder
Label the file HGWC.zip (or .rar)

3. Find an upload site like mediafire and upload the zip to that site and then copy the download URL.

4. Paste the download URL in a reply to this thread.
We are continuing to work with the developers on this issue. It does not look like an issue with your computer configuration or connection. However some minimum spec computers on slower connections may still experience difficulty connecting to the CF servers.

**UPDATE**

In addition to the information above and below can you please post when you first experienced the 99% HGW loading problem and if you are still experiencing it. Thanks!

In addition to this the following information can be helpful for technical troubleshooting:
CPU
RAM
OS
Connection Location (where you are connecting from)

We are looking in to this problem with the developers.

As a potential solution to try you may delete your HGW folder in the Cross Fire directory and try running the game again. This may force the game to download the HGW files and fix the problem.

Regular reinstall of the game may also solve this problem. If it does not please do not panic, we are looking in to the problem with the developers.

I know how to fix the glitch, its quite simple just delete ur chronicle from you browser, then it will run normaly! it worked for like 20 persons i know, all had the same problem

I got a error said that File is changed:W[2007]L[2]Cshell.dll
I want to know why thats happening on my computer? Because It was running okay the day before. I need a wise-thought solution that can help me solve this problem, not just telling me to uninstall the whole thing and having me to have to start the program all over again. Okay, let's say if that'd happen, I might probably just do half of what you said ---- Uninstall the whole thing. Well, isnt that great?! I'm sort of getting why there are so many hatre comments on this forum. Because this is how you bulid up a mutually trusting relationship between your services and players. Sorry i have said something offensive to you and agaisnt the courtesy policies, i really dont mean to be rude! Im just so desperately looking for help. Hope you can understand me as well as i understand your crews have been working so exhaustingly hard on the problems that occuring in the game.

Cshell errors are not necessarily a problem with the game and may have been caused by something on your computer. You may want to check for viruses or registry problems.

I would suggest googling cshell.dll error and see if you can find any resource there. There are repair tools to fix that problem.
