Automated Messages From Support Tickets.
What is the point of sending a support ticket if they repeat the same thing OVER and OVER? As in copy and paste?
So here's the story. Two weeks ago, a little bit after the day the An Army Of One ribbon came out, I finished the request. I noticed that I haven't received the Ribbon after 5 days so I sent in a support ticket. 3 days later it replied as "Check your profile, if it's not there. Check again after 24 hrs when the profile is updated." (Something like that. Deleted the message. XD) So after 2 more days I noticed that I STILL haven't received the ribbon. So I replied to the old support ticket. After 2 days they replied the same damn message. =_= So I just gave up.
And now I have a problem with the Missions. It keeps reseting every time I restart my computer. ---> http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=134457 <---
-Then they reply: "Dear player, we are sorry but our daily mission system is running well according to our data. The mission can only be counted when at least 6 players playing in game. please track that."
But notice that I did 3 kills, so that meant I played with 6+ people in a game, and it would reset automatically. And this happened a couple of times now. At first I received 25 kills, reseted. Then 53 kills, reseted. So I gave up.
Plus playing HOURS with hackers isn't fun.
So what should I do? Constantly send in support tickets or get someone else to help me? And who?

It almost looks like the ticket about the ZP for everyone ribbon...
That was kinda dumb i explained that i was missing that ribbon and my response was "Dear player, you only have 19 ribbons on your acc"
LOL... i never said anything related to that, i explained that it was the last one that i needed, i never mentiones the custom crystal but yet again, i got almost the same response 3 times, so i gave up. -

It wasn't only when I restarted my computer. The kills reset when I went into a game and got out. It would erase the old kills and replace it with the current ones. Then when I switched servers it would disappear=0.

Maybe they need a financial adviser... so they can ease their needs to think about budgets/profits... this would make them less busy. Maybe that would straighten things a little...

This is all company talk right.... cause I think we are straying from the area's where the "customer" can actually interact with the company, being from playing their product to "yelling" at their support team...
And idk if they are making any profit at all... I think all that dough goes straight to the makers... smilegate&neowiz or something like that -

Well, they do have some Stupid Auto MSGs, and I get the feeling that no1 is reading my tickets b4 replying
I even get the ticket closed just after posting it sometimes (Hacking reports only tho)
If it has to be Auto for a faster reply it's ok, But it still needs to be reviewed by a MOD or a GM to make sure the "Dear Player" is satisfied!!!
I know this means hiring more MODs to do the job, But I think they may also make another position for experienced players to help unexperienced through solving such problems, I think even them won't need to be payed much and will do a Great supporting Job -

I guess I'll try to search it up and give them a call. But it'll be sort-of awkward. XD
EDIT: Just found out that they FINALLY, after 3-4 weeks, finally gave me my ribbon. But I still have a problem with the missions. o_o
