I think the patch is this Thursday. Most patches are on the third week of the month on Thursdays.


Does anyone know the difference between the normal grenade and the bronze one? More Damage? Effects after Explosion? Wider Explosion?

It's the cold hard truth, and we're not going to mask it by saying that the customer comes first like other businesses. I personally can tell you that the prime goal is to keep the game running for you guys. It's also a prime goal to make money to keep the game running.

Money comes because of you guys, but it doesn't mean that you guys own the game. You aren't shareholders, you are consumers. It's like saying that McDonalds gets money from people who eat there, but the people who eat there don't own the company.

Sure, they do make some money from other aspects, but the main aspect is sales from food.

In this case, the developers are the people in the heights of McDonalds HQ. The GMs are the regional managers. The MODs are the separate managers, and the cashiers are some people on the forums who help out and are distinguished from regular forumers.

You guys are the consumers. You have no real say over what happens, and most of your quails come to the managers of the McDonalds, who are the moderators. We try to fix what we can, but what we can't goes on up.

Most complaints never get up as high as HQ, in this case the developers, and sometimes they are sent over a ticket to the regional manager, in this case a support ticket.

As with all times, support tickets are never answered instantaneously and are answered in an order chosen by those managers.

At the end of the day, the consumer can make suggestions, and argue and cry all he or she wants, but the decision is made by the HQ.

It's the same in this situation. HQ has seen that permanent guns in the coupon system aren't efficient in terms of profitability and indeed steals from profit, so they're doing what they can to stay alive, removing it.

They make the final decision. If the consumers don't like it. They're free to leave. One of two things will happen, they will leave to another restaurant [game] or will return shortly and tough it out.

Sometimes if the consumer is very troublesome, the leaving results in a sigh of relief by the cashiers and managers. Sometimes, it's something that we don't want to happen, but have no control over.

The door's is there. You're free to leave whenever. You don't own the corporation nor do you have any shares / ability to influence HQ's decisions. You just either live with what HQ dictates, or you leave.

Simple enough?
