No, That's a MP7A1 (I don't speak as the guy who seen in other version of CF, but as a guy who seen one somewhere else). As for the VSK-94, I believe that's a new scope? Plus, they are probably trying to tell us it will be moved from missions (as bronze grenade took the spot) reward to coupons or whatever, :P -

I personally have a good feeling about the Patch. -
For someone who has the MP5-Adv for the next 25+ years, it doesn't bother me much that the VSK-94 is going to cost 70 coupons for 90 days. The ZP crates are still going to give permanent weapons, as well as coupons. So even though I don't get to keep it, I'm still going to pay for it.

I really do not want to find [GM]Saidin's quote, but he confirmed that the last two tiers of the Coupon Exchange will still contain permanent weapons. -

I dont have a great sense of Time to be honest. Still. The Camo wasnt the best thing either. -

But i hope the weapons will change, and not be always the same, cause an M4A1-Custom for 80 Coupons isnt really that thing, i wanna have in my Storage. I'll get the M4A1-CC in one ribbon so xD
