Free ZP Support Tickets
I often do free offers to get ZP, as do quite a few other people.
Recently, I realized that you could send in support tickets for offers that failed to reward you on completion. I sent in some tickets for some offers, and was sent back a message by two free ZP providers, Sometrics and Peanut Labs. It has been a week since these messages have been sent, and no ZP has been provided. Am I supposed to reply to these messages?

Yup. If people from Sometrics / Sponsor Pay / SR / Peanut Labs / TokenAds send an E-Mail to you, you're either supposed to go onto their main site with all your support tickets to reply, or just to reply them back.
For Example, Peanut Labs is this.
Otherwise you won't get a chance to receive your ZP. -

I don't believe so, I left one from SponsorPay for 2 weeks and they haven't replied in a while.
It also depends on whether you actually gave your proof. Better to try than to never have tried
