What I really don't understand is what you're not understanding.
Z8games clearly stated that the survey providers are NOT afflicted with them. So to answer your question, you'd have to take it up with the survey providers. Z8games won't just credit you when they're not receiving payments from the survey companies. -

If they survey didn't work then that means IT DIDN'T WORK. If they awarded you something, then they did award you it. GO TO THE SURVEY PROVIDER support NOT HERE. -
I tested the surveys and the survey providers are giving the rewards for the completion yet no ZP is awarded to the CF account.
Therefore it is safe to say that the survey companies are doing there bit and are awarding completions but they cannot enter the CF database and give credits.. so yes there is a fault but not with the survey companies instead it is how Z8 handles completed transactions. -
Add in note: The tittle " On behalf of all of the players who did not receive their zp in the last few days" is there for a reason.

People's aren't that ignorant, do a bit of searching, check out the response that people are giving, you'll see the difference, if you have any sense of ethics that is. -

Yeah but then again, I bet 90% of the people who do surveys don't use real information anyways. You know, like they're supposed to? lol.
Regardless, seeing as how its seems to be only with SR I stand to believe its still the survey company's fault. Otherwise the updates would have screwed over all survey types from rewarding.
This issue probably won't get resolved until monday as everyone knows the staff isn't available on weekends. -

SponsorPay and peanut labs are two others so I heard.
I can verify SponsorPay surveys do not work, as I tested that one.
It clearly says rewarded and credited but there simply is no ZP. -
What you don't get is that the survey is OK, it's said that you made successfully the survey.
The problem is related to z8!
All the surveys said that they paid to z8.
Some error from yesterday in the site prevent us to get the zp.
If u didn't experience this phenomenon please don't attack those who did experience. -
Alright, so to prove its a Survey company issue and not a Z8 Website Issue, I completed a survey for you just for this case and was awarded my ZP, you can even see the timeframe I received it that I showed for you all.
Account before Survey;
Survey before completion;
Survey after completion;
Account with awarded ZP;
As you can see, I was awarded my zp in proper time, the exact amount and it was deposited into my account without any trouble. It is not a Z8 issue since my ZP was awarded properly. -
Ok, so BMG works, big deal, Face the REAL PROBLEM that people are experiencing, you know, the one that people are complaining about and this minor setback is suppose to establish "from your understanding" that nothing has happened and everything was smooth as usual?

So far I've proved that my ZP is being awarded. Which is more than I had to waste my time on. The fact I got a survey to work proves that ZP is being distributed when being prompted for. So already it moves closer and closer to it being a survey provider problem than a site issue since I got my reward flawlessly from BMG, otherwise it would have affected all surveys according to your logic.
Be thankful I'm wasting my time even investigating this issue. I have no obligation to. I suggest changing your tone. -

You've clearly proven NOTHING, and due to the fact that you've constantly refused to try out the other survey(you know, the ones that people are experiecing technical issues with) tells me otherwise -

Realize that it's proving that Z8Games is giving out the ZP that has been purchased. Just because PeanutLabs isn't paying Z8Games and in turn getting you ZP, doesn't mean it's Z8Games' job. You take that up with PeanutLabs. Nothing can be done from us to fix it. If they refuse to pay, you've technically been "conned" by them. This isn't the case most likely. It could be a database error.

1. Patience is a virtue. I've already done a survey with one of the others and must wait 30 minutes for it to be credited like it says.
2. I've proven its not Z8 trying to skimp out on paying ZP like you oh so claimed they were dirty thieves about. You jumped to conclusions that it was a Z8 issue just because their site said it was successful. Doesn't mean its always true.

Hi above me has just proved your 'not working survey' has worked. Two cases where ZP has been awarded and done in a timely fashion.
And I suggest not throwing insults at anyone, it won't help your cause here and it will only get you removed from these forums. -

Upon realizing that One survey from one UNMENTIONED company has been successfully credited into our accounts we MODS hereby jumped directly into conclusion that ALL of the survey from ALL DIFFERENT PROVIDERS are functioning normally.
lol, talk about ignorant,on the BMG Survey, you've posted thorough evidence, and this time when you've done a survey from a MENTIONED Survey provider, you have not posted a before and after transition on your account, i wonder why.
