-Ribbons are awarded within 24/48 hours. Ribbons are awarded after completing a mission, or something Crossfire ( Z8Games ) is asking for. Ribbons are achievements, it means that if Crossfire asks you to do something, and you don't it the way they asked you to, you will not get it.
-Yes, Ribbons can be taken away from your profile, keep that in mind. For those with this question: "I had 21 ribbons before "Military Intelligence" was removed, am I losing the permanent M4-CC? No, you're not losing the weapon.

We all know, playing with high pingers is not fun, this is something Z8Games is communicating to the developers. The only thing that could happen is to make servers stronger. It means, that we're going to have less lagg, and foreign people will have a better gaming experience. Something that we really need.

-Z8Games is always dealing with this, even if you don't think so. As [GM]Saidin said, Z8Games receives thousands of replays, which is an impossible mission to watch them all. GM's are always dealing with this, watching replays through hours. The only thing you need to keep in mind: "Be Patient"
-Z8Games is always reporting problems to the X-trap staff. They're the ones patching, Z8Game's staff are the ones banning. If you're having a hard time with hackers, posting, and making spam threads on forums will not solve anything. Z8Game's staff knows what's happening on game, you don't need to complain on forums.
-While having a problem, ex, your account got hacked, you got keylogged, etc, posting on forums will not solve anything. Z8Games has a Support system. Where you get help from Z8Game's staff. Keep in mind that you will not solve anything by posting on forums.
What to keep in mind: "Forums bans can result IG bans". By spamming Z8Game's forum, you can earn infractions, infractions that could hurt your self depending on how much points Z8Game's staff gives you.
