AK-47s with suppressors exists, nooblet. However, hand-held Gatling guns, heart grenades and mutants do not. So realism went out the window a long time ago.omg AK-47 with silencer?

subsonic ammo+suppressor = metallic click+gas escaping through the barrel only .-. -
