It actually is Science Fiction in a sense. Yes, gatling guns do exist and are used, however there is no such thing as a hand held minigun or gatling gun mainly due to the overwhelming weight and the fact that we dont have a powerful enough power source that is lightweight enough.

I'd also like to add that I personally don't mind the Gatling Gun in CrossFire and I don't have any problem with them keeping it in the game. I'd also like to note that I was not trying to push or promote "realism" in CrossFire. I'm completely unbiased towards this topic. I was stating that the hand-held Gatling Gun is "technically" a weapon of pure science fiction as of 2010.

TBH I'm not promoting realism in CF either. I'm just pi'ssed that the devs do. no im athiest -.- and they're meant to be armed forces and as far as i know armed forces dont generally run around in skirts and stockings, so yes compared to what they're meant to be wearing it is 'next to nothing' -

Why u remove the gat? That gun kicks da mutants asses. Well its a slow reload rate u need 2 wait b4 it starts shooting but its a high power MG. But zp crates gat vs RPK Gold RPPK Wins. GAt vs M60 adv gat wins. GAt vs RPK camo? RPK Wins.( All my opinion) -
Crossfire is not a Sci-Fi shooter it is based on modern game play.
I don't believe a Gatling gun can be wielded by a single human being.
The Gatling gun is fine in M.M cuz M.M is non realistic but I don't like to see it in other modes like s&d or t/d.
