Ribbons - Post Patch

So by reducing the amount on the military intelligence ribbon you're going to reduce the amount of posts needed to stop spammers but at the same time encourage others to join the community? Good luck with that.. :P I don't think 25 posts is enough for someone to start posting on forums and you're still going to get many spammers. But thank you anyways because my well thought out 25 posts in the near future will greatly help me out.

I believe that many estan posteando for receiving a rebon but it seems to me unlikely since this was filling of spam
