Error With Launcher

Hey, i have an error with the launcher. It doesnt seem to have a start/ play launch, and all the hyperlinks are all jumbled eg. the forum hyperlink is on the top, but when i click on it; it doesnt seem to respond and i highlight a blank spot on the left bottom of the hyperlink, it seems to have another forum hyperlink that works. Please fix as sooon as possible. Thank you.

ay was the flash thing when it sayed connection delayed becouse i can play any games becouse every time it loads half way then says connection delayed y is this happening
