once ur KD is above 2.0, u will get that ribbon, they wont take that ribbon back

the gun won't be taken away, however challenge yourself and try to keep that clutch killer ribbon, it looks good on your profile.

but it dosent matter to go from 20 to 19

because when u complete 20 ribbons and get your gun u get the crystal ribbons

so you have now 21 ,, dosent really matter if you lost the clutch killer ribbons

you still have 20 ribbons
