what happens if u have 20 ribbons and u own the m4-cc
but then ur k/d turns below 2 and u lose ur clutchkiller ribbon?
will u stil own the m4 or lose it too?

Theyve said before, that if you get enough ribbons for the "Look at all my ribbons" ribbon, but then lose one, like "Honorable soldier", you'll still keep the "Look" ribbon. And since you got the "Look", youve already been awarded the 5k GP as well. And if you had already spent the 5k, they cant really take it away anymore, now can they?

I have to imagine that this still applies to the M4A1 CC as well. After getting the 20, you get the 21st ribbon, which is the ribbon that awards you with the M4. After its been awarded, its all yours.

WHEN YOU GET 20 RIBBONS YOU GET ANOTHER RIBBON THATS CALLED MY RIBBONS ARE OF CRYSTAL SO THEN YOU WILL HAVE 21 RIBBONS IF YOU LOSE CLUTCH KILLER YOU WILL HAVE 20 RIBBONS

no you would still have it because if you lose clutch killer you still have the badge for having 20 ribbons"my ribbons are made of crystal" so even if you lose it you will still have 20 ribbons

When you get a Ribbion then its Permanent.
Example:
Your kd is over 2.0 and you get the Clutch Killer Ribbon.
Your Kd gets under 2.0 after you earned the Ribion is still there!
