Go to the supermarket, look for the cheapest pair, make sure they're bass boosted, then buy them.
You don't need an expensive pair, cheap ones are just as good. However, if you want a headset instead, I'd go for skullcandy. Headsets are a different matter, I've had so many where the sound is awful. -
Get the 367 model! 367 is closed design therefore better noise isolation etc. 377 is opened design. -
I dont know headphones in your price range, but I'll share mine since I've been using for 2 years and they're pretty cheap. Just don't step/sit on them...

I use those for GM. There are also upgraded versions of it that could fit your price range -
skullcandy are cheap and pointless in buying. its a stupid fad that should be forgotten
I bought a pair once. cost me 60 bucks and broke in a month
I use shure and creative earphones, though atm, my ear hurts terribly from some stupid cut, but they are really good
my shure pair cost me about 80 bucks, but hell they still work after years.
my creative pair are even better and it cost me about 35 on amazon.
if you wanna get even better noise cancelling, go to lowes or home depot and go buy earmuffs and open em up, place your earphones in, close up em. blast the earphones and you get great noise cancelling
