Mouse/Keyboard "stuck" Problems

Computer: emachines t5224 (stock motherboard and cpu only)
Keyboard: Eclipse USB powered keyboard
Mouse: Dynex optical mouse
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTS 450

Lol this thread has been ignored for like 30 pages, it's something they're aware of, and obviously have no control of. Seriously is fkin rediculous though, all those discussions that say only __% of players actually come to the forums, and that our opinion doesn't represent the game as a whole. How about all the fks that won't get on the forum to report this problem? What's the actual statistic on this "bug"? How many is it affecting? Quite a few. It's been far too long,(4-5 months???) give us a fkin update. Tell us that you have absolutely no control of anything besides being an english speaking puppet. Fking joke, don't act like you have any control of anything because obviously you don't , phone up your translator, tell that g00k to call korea. Fix your game.

This game is unplayable at a competitive level. At it's current state I have absolutely no idea how you expect to fulfill the rest of the WOGL season. I lose control of my controls on average EVERY game. This morning I was TD'ing for fun and it started doing it just about every spawn.

Unplayable.

happens once or twice every one to three hours of game time.

This has been happening to me every single match, at least once every minute... making it almost impossible to play well. -.-

Obviously it's not related to your computer, keyboard,mouse or whatever..I just happens on cf. It has never happened on other games.. Anyway i just hope they fix this fast coz it it getting really annoying.

Well, I finaly managed to get a proper and adequete response. While it isnt very promising news on their end, at least it finaly answers some questions for all of us.

Thanks for your messages and we apologize that you are having problems with your mouse with our game.

We have been monitoring this issue for a long time however there are a lot of factors and problems that are standing in the way of finding a full fix. Last year X-Trap introduced some portion of coding and scanning that involved the mouse and other input devices. This was done to stop macro programs and other automatic programs/hacks to help people "farm" and play the game differently from its original intention.

From that we saw that it was causing a lot of problems for people. And we had the added portion of code removed from X-Trap. During this period of time we rolled back x-trap to previous versions until it was fixed. The mouse and keyboard lag problems were still showing up.

Since then, X-Trap has fixed the problems on their end, however we realize people still seem to have issues with mouse and keyboard lag.

Unfortunately it is virtually impossible for us to figure out what the problem is. Of all the cases that have been reported with this issue, there have been almost no common ground. No indication that something is "wrong". Our test computers have tried endless configurations and we still have not been able to explain what is going on. We have transmitted all of this information to everyone that works on the game but no one seems to be able to replicate the problem.

This, combined with a decline in the number of people experiencing this problem has lead us to believe that it could be an issue with the configuration of the players computer, or some sort of hardware/software conflict going on.

We continue to monitor the issue as best as possible, but without common ground, concrete reproductions and information it is very difficult to track an issue like this down.

At this time we don't have any recommended solutions other than to keep informing us about it, especially through our technical support forums. Our staff checks those forums daily and makes sure the important issues get submitted. And the advantage of having the entire community means someone else may be able to help with an answer.

We apologize for this inconvenience, but ask for your understanding that we are aware of the issue and continue to monitor it for a better solution.

Sorry to disappoint you A.V.A is full of hackers like crossfire... they are quite less, but still full of hackers....

X-trap does not function, game always full of hackers, so if this problem is related to X-trap, remove it. At least we solve a problem....

Temp solution...


Follow these steps...


Get in game-->Ctrl+alt+del --->Processes--->Right click crossfire.exe-->
Set affinity -->From the Processor Affinity dialog box choose Cpu--->CPU 0 & CPU1 or more.
U need to do that every time u get in game!

my mouse is stuck , Laptop- HP Pavilion,dv6-1120ep

for a clanmate/relative not myself
i know he uses a dell precision 870/same as mine
we've tried wired mouse keyboard and wireless still happens
as well as differnt brands and models, usb and non usb, even took my keyboard and mouse which i have no problem with and it still happend
currently useing logitech mouse and keyboard idk about the precise model


seems to get better if he runs gamebooster but still happens maybe once a night insted of once a match

XTrap PATCHED these days AND THIS BUG WASN'T GET FIXED !!!!!! :mad:
