Hacker Took Over Sons Account
I really would like to be able to contact/talk to someone in the Accounts/Technical department of Crossfire. I have emailed about what happened with the person hacking my son's account and changing password and user id so that now we can't log in. This person is using his points that I bought him on my credit card. I have given the Account Support people all the info they have asked for and now no one wants to answer me back. It is going on 2 weeks that we are not able to access his account. Please someone talk to me and let me know what else you need!!!

Anyways, tell your son to send in a support ticket which can be located in the very end of the silver line thing.
But, how did he lose his account?
1) Did he accepted the other players for getting him 'Free' ZP?
or...
2) He recently downloaded Crossfire hacks that has a keylogger?
Also, if he was in a game with a hacker, does he done something ruthless to him?
