Hacker Took Over Sons Account

I really would like to be able to contact/talk to someone in the Accounts/Technical department of Crossfire. I have emailed about what happened with the person hacking my son's account and changing password and user id so that now we can't log in. This person is using his points that I bought him on my credit card. I have given the Account Support people all the info they have asked for and now no one wants to answer me back. It is going on 2 weeks that we are not able to access his account. Please someone talk to me and let me know what else you need!!!
