This still hasn't been fixed and its effing annoying. Every last round of a game it says disconnected from server, can't find map info. For this reason I am considering a moment of leave cause that's complete bs.

i forgot to turn mine back on after reading bulltaint tips and surfed midget p0rn now i have midgets popping up in my computer like pop ups. my moms gonna kill me if she see this -
The minority
Obviously they are quite confident that they have done all they can right, and there is nothing wrong on their side of things. We who are getting disconnected all the time obviously are the minority, as there is at the moment no replys, except automated Im gathering, to PM's to MOD's, GM's or Admin's. I say "Whatever". Xtrap updated, and made no difference. What about Crossfire's gameguard programming? What about HGWC's programming? If it says "Incorrect Map Info", could that show that there is a problem with how the info is being received? Or read? The people responsible won't even read this, won't take a note of it, and won't do anythng about it because they just don't care! WE.....ARE.....THE.....MINORITY!!!!!!! -

after logging on I go into a clan server (for some reason clan server doesn't dc me) there I sit idol for 3 min. (I go make lunch) then I move to another server and sit idol for another 3 min (eat the lunch) it also helps to open storage or item shop in these servers. if i manage to stay connected through this I can play without getting an error. like i said I don't know why it works but it works
from what I've gathered after reading almost all the post on this problem it's happening to thoes with windows 7 (a few xp and vista but 80% win 7 users ) -
I like how Grey was replying effectivly and activley until everyone started saying his fix was a load of stinky brown for the mass populus affected by this error x:
Any mod reading this mind giving a update as to if you guys care and a patch is being developed or if the large amount of us should just play a different game till the next patch where possiably you will address this issue? -

I've been searching for weeks in threads for a fix to our problem , like many of us have found out . this fix doesn't work, a lot of us including myself aren't using a router . so this fix doesn't even apply . from what I gathered and the lack of responce to our questions . z8 doesn't know what the problem is. from this quote I found from a mod in a thread . they seem to think that we're having problems because we hack here is the quote: """"The only difference between XTrap and GameGuard is that with GameGuards, people couldn't play because GameGuard was trash.

OK I have my middle finger pointed up to this(F' off !) . I've never used, or tried to use a hack , never downloaded a hack .never been cought hacking, fk a hacker , and fk who ever for accusing me of being one . I'm not some punk kid playing on mommy's computer , downloading hacks and fken around on the internet. I'm not even a kid , I'm a grown man who has a ligit problem with this service and insted of being helpful I get accused of some BS like this , get over yourself. there is a problem with this program or server, and it needs to be investigated and solved with a workable solution that doesn't have everyone fking with computer settings and firewalls that could lead to computer crashes and viruses , and if you don't know what the problem is , just say "we don't know" don't go finger pointing and calling people hackers.

I totally agree with you on this one,im called a hack all the time by the noobs in this game,i wasnt expecting this from z8.... anyways,i also am not some kid,im a 28yr old man,never even tried to find a hack for this game and i never will. And now i will tell you why,ive been playing for many years all sorts of FPS games online,ive even been a admin/moderator in few of them so i know what i am talking about and i know a hack when i see one,but admins/moderators in z8 obviously dont or they dont want to. ive sent multiple hack reports,i would say over a 100 and guess what,only a few got banned,and the best part is that those who got banned were not the ones that had wallhack,aimbot or speed hack,it was the ones that glitched inside textures!!! Now lets make one thing clear,i am against all bug exploitation of any kind,but,those who use bug exploits are using it because u didnt do your job properly at the start,allowing ppl to exploit them. And as for all the hackers that ive reported,i see them allmost every day,still playing,same accounts,nothings changed.... And i am not the only one whos reports are not recognized,i know a bunch of ppl who tell me the same,and in alot of cases we reported the same hackers. You cant even make a good protection against hacks and when someone reports a hack you dont ban him,wheres the logic in that?
Just to show you what i am talking about,i reported this on 14.06.2010.,these guys are still playing,pls take the time and check it out and tell me what u think of it,tnx.

since the patch , most of the hackers are already back on, the patch was pointless , I think they rushed the launch to increase cash flow without fully testing it , I understand z8 doesn't make these games, but they have their name on it and they're using the services of these other programs ,Lets go back to quality products , the money will flow just as fast or even better than rushing out junk
and as for admin and mods ignoring these threads , well that's just pizz poor costumer service , don't shrug it off as "well its their system" " or xtrap cought their hack"

whoever said we hack bc our game is ****ing up is a dumb ****. ive tried messing around with the firewall but still nothing. im just curious if there will be a solution soon or am i wasting my time trying to play this game

I've seen mod's bad mouthing players that have this issue , saying we're hacking and that's the problem. I didn't post the mod's name because it's not my style . you know who you are. My suggestion to that person is to always use birth control because we have enough idiots in this world. -

never quit , quitting is for losers , you're not a looser , just do what I've been doing and flame every thread on this issue , we'll stick a fire up their azz maybe they'll stop pitty patting around and investigate the problem.
