I didn't recieve my GP?

When I leveled up to the level past Second Trainee, I didn't recieve my 10,000 GP. It says I'm the level, but I never got the GP. Thoughts?

My ingame name is *[M]arCh_ if it helps.

You get GP when you rank up to...Private...I think
Rank up 1 more and u get your GP.

Ah, but I read the "level up" screen. It said "For reaching this level, you have recieved 10,000 Bonus GP". I never got it.

Please double check here at the ranks page to make sure you should be getting GP at the rank you are talking about.

If you did rank up to private and did not get any GP then you can ask for help with the ticket system.

Note that GMs do not work on weekends and can not answer tickets during these times. Also note that tickets are answered in the order they are received. When you submit one it ends up in the back of the pile and can take a while to be reviewed
