I hope you noticed at the first post of this topick that this topick is about improving competice scene playing. Most of competive scene plays just S&D and so far we havent got anything new than Castle map about 600 yrs ago. Besides arent it kind of stupid to add more and more new things while this game arent even "ready" yet, also better reg would improve pubbers playing as well, unless you care more bout ur bunnyears than shooting in that case I suggest you to play habbohotel or RPG games.
So as u see competive scene havent ask'd much and we have got even less. SO if u dont have anything else to say than "uninstall ur game, i dont care bout shooting as long as they add new coold diappers for my character so i can use my zorro points for new cool outfit" u dont have to post.

@Nahka: What ping do you have? What do you play? Sure, playing with kids with 200-300 ping makes it reg hell, but I find that playing in a room with smaller ping differences helps a lot. All games have reg issues, and like Hi said, I too have found that higher pings seem to reg more(to a certain degree).
PS: I feel sorry for ya, it seems this room has attracted a lot of "newer" kids that feel they need to act "tuff" on the internet and feel surprised when they get trolled for it. -

My ping is 45-80 it depends alot after patch ping raised bout 15 and now its around 68.
And no i doubt the reg issue is about other ppl pings since its twice easier to get hit to opponent who has 200 ping than to opponent who has 15ping. Teh point of these reg issues is that its nearly impossible to do quickpeeks since u die behind corners. Doesnt matter have u been 15min or 2 hours behind corner ur hitboxes havent come behind corner yet. Which also affects jumping its ridiculous that u can tank like 800hp if u just keep jumping. What comes to other FPS games no, CSS have tiny issues but shooting in CSS it self requires twice more skill than in this game( So in cs:s it might be lack of skill). UT3 Is also same ive barely noticed any reg issues ofc guys whit 1500ping who just warps around map is harder to hit sometimes nearly impossible but no, I havent seen any FPS game yet which would have such horrid reg issues as this game. -

Not denying it's not there, nor that it isn't annoying at times... but the only times I ever have a real issue with it is, like I said, when I'm playing with high-pingers compared to my 13.

Liek wat ? I doubt u understood what i said Dying behind corner has nothing to do whit preshoot / spray. Example u peek behind corner shoot quick -> get in cover -> 5m bhind corner u die. Now u know differency between reg issues and preshoot. -

Crossroads map, you're trying to hs a sniper down the alley with a m4. You peek out, both of you miss. He adjusts his aim to compensate for any reaction time problems to where you likely would have popped up last. You attempt again and this time he hits you; except you were "behind" the wall when it registered.
Now lets look at it logically. If he shot accurately while he saw you, chances are it hit but as your computer was waiting for the packet that says "I'm dead", you moved a few feet. Simple latency issue and while tweekable it will always exist. -

You reg better when you are the lagger. That's what I've found out. Me playing with 100 ping gets me better registry than my regular 16-20 ping.
