There aren't application waves. I think Saidin said that when they need Moderators, he and the team will look at individual players, than send PMs.
Moderator positions should be based off of your everyday, consistent activity and behavior within these forums and within the game itself, not once every 6 month applications. I completely agree with [GM]Saidin's statements. People who deserve to be Moderator are those who constantly support this community and push to improve it, rather than sit around and complain about its negatives. Your conduct within the forums should be how Moderators are invited/chosen as it reflects who you really are within the community. You can't base it off of applications, where people change themselves to be more "Moderator worthy". -

Bruce is a great mod. Actually makes intelligent posts,threads is very active on the forums and extremely well known and respected through-out the game and forums. Great to have him back.

It's okay, don't be mad I nailed your account for breaking the rules AFTER FOUR Strikes, when in most games, ya get 3 or less. I do my job, you do your's, we don't have a problem. Hell even after you hated me before, I still tried to help you. I don't have anything personal against the people I ban/infract, I just do my job.

and to those complaining about Ddot, only reason you don't like him is because he's active and doing his job. If you don't want him to close a thread then just keep it within the rules. -
