if you are getting bad reception period, it won't solve anything if the server gets moved closer.

This eliminates the server, and leaves your internet.
Call up your ISP and ask them to turn off Interleaving. You'll get noticeably lower ping on all servers. Although it's not available on dialup so you probably won't be able to get it

you're honestly too stupid to realize how far certain states are apart from each other. miami and texas aren't far from each other, its only a difference of single digit values when comparing miami to texas. -

If you knew anything location and internet connection aren't the only 2 factors which decide ping. Its mainly the routing. -
