i strongly agree with what you're trying to say, X.
but you do know you're just wasting your time posting this on the forums.
getting the admiration and support from people on here is nothing short of worthless, sorry but it is. i mean it's nice that people agree with you and see things from your perspective.
but it's not like anything is going to change. -
I do like people ... I just hate morons ... Besides I'm often high/drunk (Now too) soo ... I don't hesitate yeah ... Anyways...Dam Emo ur just like me.
Dont like half the players / trolls in this game and is not afraid to talk sht.
@ denxi > Check the PMs. This is the last one for today, I'm moving out. And next time don't fu'cking agress people without thinking about it, will you? Peace out. -

You're cool, lets go into actual analysis please

You're really really dumb, and obviously one of the people that don't understand business.
I understand the basics, and that's all I need to know at the moment. Sure, they should have making profit in mind, but when it's so grossly unbalanced between making money and player satisfaction there's an obvious problem.- Model Boosting = Why don't you promote glitching while you're at it?
- SnD time thing = SnD is a boring mode anyways. I surely won't care about it.
Obviously you're not a competitive gamer. You really can't critique these suggestions because they're suggestions that will improve gameplay for the average player on a half decent team.
And model boosting makes things more creative, it's not glitching. Glitching is standing on the corner of a box and moving back and forth until you're inside it. -

No there isn't. The average forumer only takes up a slight percentage of the actual game population.
The only people that cry about this stuff are the consistent forumers...which is...to say maybe 5-10% of the actual gamers. The other 90% are completely fine and don't care. Business-wise, that's a gold mine obviously. Why change what's making them money? -

Because with a bit more effort it could possibly make them even more.
Although I doubt it, and I doubt they'll bother caring. -
@ gggrrr > We're talking about it with Denxi atm. Boosting itself is a part of teamplay, yes, but it can encourage glitching really strong. By this I mean a team of glitchers helping each other to do exploits like getting out of the map or behind the walls. The glitch in mexico for exemple, the one when one of the glitchers boosts and the other using the boost gets behind the fence. It was patched, but there are still a couple of glitches like those I belive.
I do like competitive gaming in some cases, but the no respawn is boring to me. IMO, competitiveness = Quake. -

Denxi and his team of champions glitch because they enjoy discovering cool spots on a map that nobody else has found yet (I assume). How many times have you seen someone get into red room above B site in Factory in a pub? Most of the glitches like that can't be done in pubs/scrims. And even if it was widespread, like corner glitching, there's still a very small minority who do it in pubs, and you have a very small chance of running in to them. And when you do see someone exploiting that in a pub, just leave. Who cares about desertions, I have 1772

someone actually cares about desertions?
LOL -
Just leave, right?.. How was it after mutation mode patch, while EVERY room had AT LEAST a couple of glitchers? Even mutants began to glitch. Of course, in the end, the glitchers ran out of ammo and mutants glitched in and got them, but.. Is that really the way this game is supposed to be played? Besides it's extremely pi'ssing off to not be able to finish a game everytime you run into a glitcher.Denxi and his team of champions glitch because they enjoy discovering cool spots on a map that nobody else has found yet (I assume). While all of us baddies playing SnD were having a legit game. -
Sounds like someone is a little biased against mutation mode. As long as the items makes the game fun, it serves its purpose. Most of the things you listed as "waste" are things that people (including me) find interesting to certain aspects of the game, so that is merely your opinion. Just because a new release isn't some super M12s does not mean its a waste. I will agree however that new MM additions are a waste (at least until they fix the basic problems), since the community that plays the mode is a complete joke (glitchers mainly) and makes that mode fail.
-
@ LtManj > Did you ever saw a soldier IRL with bunny ears?... Or a turkey on the head?... Just a question. CF is supposed to be realistic?
I said most items are fun and serve its purpose. I agree that the bunny ears and things of the sort are a bit ridiculous for the game, but adding it to the game doesn't really disappoint me, though it doesn't deserve praise either. -
you're right!Well, I do not play SnD. Extremely boring.
mutation mode makes your heart race and is going to be an extremely noteable addition to future leagues/tournaments.
SnD is ridiculous!Just because something is not realistic doesn't mean it has to be ridiculous. -
Anyway, the things listed by the OT that I have bolded are things I find fun and serves its purpose to the game, so it is not a waste at all.
- Bunny garbage
- Friend log in and out notifactions
- STAR
- Mutation Smoke
- Mutation mode
- ALL the new MM maps
- MM characters/items
- RPK camo/GOLD
- gatling gun
- Winchester scope
- AWM red dragon
- soccer grenade
- Black market notifications (WHO CARES? just another way fps can spike in this game)
So as you can see, from my point of view at least, most of these items are not a waste. The OT is obviously against MM for some reason so it is way too biased to be taken seriously. If I had to make a guess, I'd say the OT is self-centered and claims that anything that he does not find fun is considered a waste and tries to push that on to the community who does find it fun. -
You really are on some kind of steroids, aren't you?.. Did I EVER said that I want mutation mode in competitive scene? Yes I do prefer it to SnD, although it's not something I play everyday, it's still less boring than SnD in fun terms.SlayaBanned wrote: »you're right!

Oh, and just so that you remember ... All up above is IMO.
