Network issues

Hello, I've recently started to get a lot of different networking issues with the game that i've never had before. For instance, if I try to host an FFA game, immediately when I press start game, an error pops up saying something like ''server is full, try another server''. 
If I join games in progress, I spawn in without a gun, but I can move around for a few seconds, but everything else is frozen, then I get a client error. This is really annoying, I've tried to reinstall the game, all that stuff yada yada. Any suggestions?

Last step is to send a support ticket with more details , as game server where you have problems.
