Server Maintenance 06-10-2010
The Cross Fire servers will be down for 1 - 2 hours on Thursday, June 10th 2010 at 01:00 AM EDT as we perform server maintenance and update the game (no new content). After the Cross Fire servers come back online you will need to patch your client or you may need to download of a new client off our site to reinstall the game.
This Patch contains no new content and will contain a bug fix to the 7-day AWM coupon exchange problem. It will be changed to 90 days, and all remaining 7-day AWM's exchanged will be switched to 90 days.
In addition to that we are working on the problem of lost coupons. If you continue to experience missing coupons after the patch, please report them to support.
Please check http://timeanddate.com if you need to convert EDT to your time zone.
If you have any issues with this patch, please check our Technical Support forum for the latest common solutions and we will do our best to address your problem.

I'm going to close this thread.
The information is listed above. This fix is a small fix going in today.
We are aware of all the things you have told us about many many times. Since those are not listed as being fixed in this patch you will have to be patient while we work to get them fixed in a future update.
If you are being disconnected due to incorrect map or player info, please check the technical support stickies. We have some temporary solutions there that involve dealing with your router. -
Hello All.
Re-opening this thread to re-iterate this patch contains no new content.
The AWM coupon exchange problem will be corrected. We are also taking some steps to solving the lost-coupon problem.
If you continue to have lost coupons please contact support for the issue!
