Uzi and glock is the best bag possible if you need to run from mutants. In a private against my clan i managed to kill one of the zombies and survive with all of them chasing me.
Had to pick up a crate that replenished my uzi ammo but still.

Currently, I'm using the XM8 and most of the times, M16. Still able to survive from those mutants cuz i'm staying on the traffic light and shooting them down (of course, they still able to get me if there are too many). Got a lot of people calling me hack (even 1 lieutenant called me that too) just because of that and the way i'm running away from them.
Also, when a mutant chase u, dont shoot them like crazy. Instead, rapidly tapping the fire button, the mutant will keep flung back and u will conserve a lot of ammos. -
Allright, looks like HAVE to do shotguns as they are the best loner guns IMO.
Shotguns are the BEST gun for "loners" meaning that if your that guy thats always at some other spot away from the main action and your alone.
things to remember,
shot guns do the highest push back the mutants in the game next to sniper rifles.
they can reload between shots or one after another but that eats your ammo SUPER fast.
they it can take 3 shots to get 100 dmg.
they are pretty light considering.
now hears the guide,
[spas 12] 8 round clip has a good reload speed and a slow fire rate and is kinda heavy, best used if you are with a group of people as you can hold a ramp for a long time if you fire 1 shot at a time.
[XM1014] 6 round clip fast reload and fire rate and a slightly lighter weight.
better for loners but can still hold a ramp on port.
i like the xm1014 better as me being a loner is more efective then being in a group due to noobs going for crates and running out of ammo. -

I prefer an AK. yes, aks always spray up meaning they aim better
Trust me, im gna try using my shotty more to see how u use it, but i havent seemed to get the mojo working in. xD -
At first I thought this was going to be a good thread with good info. Then I saw the thread-starter did not understand Ak recoil. (Thus unaware of AK spray). I therefore decided I wouldn't waste my time with the rest since it is most likely also absent of intelligent pro info.

I'm guessing you're unfamiliar with the AK Spray. Which is why the AK is used competitively at all. I know how to spray the AK so that I can aim EVERY SINGLE bullet of the Ak, EXACTLY where I need it to go AT EVERY RANGE. Sounds crazy right? Yes I can do that. What's great is I got a Golden Ak with 38/228 bullets and every single one of them hits a mutant. And yes, I am spraying the whole time. Crazy right? I hate to insult you, but you need to know how to use a gun before you write a guide on it. Only thing you should ever do with the Ak is Tap and spray. Bursting is just a fail tap and spraying is where it's at.
Read maltes guide. I disagree with a few of his methods, but what he does works.
You put so much thought and effort into your posts so that they all contain a nasty hostile tone and you talk about this game like you know what's going on but you're just a bad pubestar with no useful knowledge of this game.
How about this, let's go 1v1 Ak47 only, egypt or ship or even Columbia for that matter, I will do nothing but spray with Ak47 and still beat you. -

I'm not sure what you mean, but I feel like you're coming at me in a far more hostile fashion than you. I've read malte's guide, and it is very good. What I have given you in this guide is my experience with the AK in M.M. Do you know what M.M. is about? Survival. Meaning if you spray you waste bullets faster, meaning you survive a shorter period of time.
And what is with this dik measuring with "I can aim every single bullet and every range" stuff? I don't particularly care how pro you think you are. I'm just giving out information. If you don't like it, hell, you could just leave! Thanks for stopping by, hope I see you in the WOGL tourney if you're as good as you say.
Oh and by the way, a 1 v 1 is never the ultimate test of skill. Try working with a team, running strats, and entering competitions. That's the ultimate test of skill. Of course, from your current behavior it seems you don't play nice with others. -

AK-47 is the ultimate spray weapon in ALL modes.

Great guide, learned quite a bit. And being good with a knife does have many merits, if anything you can at least make them go "WTF is he doing?" while you score a few stabs.
Only thing I DIDN'T like about this guide is it doesn't include my favorite sniper: The Dragunov. It's true that it's a bit less accurate than the other two but it has only slightly less damage than the AWP (since it leaves most enemies in the 10-2 HP range at long ranges and kills outright at close range) with a high R.O.F. and fast reload it can be a deadly weapon in M.M.. Though it's understandable since the only other Dragunov user I know of disappeared a while ago and he was the reason I started using it. -
a very good mutant dancer would lastfor 1 minutes if given a axe and/or a spop. i survived 2 minute round by dancing, and that was against a 15 strong mutant. True, they were lagging like 600 pings but i still won ^_^
