Is the Ban system 100% secure for legit players ?

Yes, I would agree that the replay system is flawed, and I just hope the GMs can make a good decision on whether to ban or not not just from the replay...
I remember I saved a replay of me killing 4 guys in a row in S&D Mexico, between those big green boxes and when I came back to watch it, where my gun pointed and its shots landed wasn't even near the enemy. From a first impression, any person would think, upon seeing that replay, that I would be an aimbotter, because my shots landed about 30 degrees off the target yet still killed him. -
What was Nine doing on the hacking forum? Just walking around?
A screenshot of some random joe posting stuff on a hacking forum proves nothing.
I'm not accusing anyone nor am I saying Snipes is legit - I'm just saying there better be more proof then some random screenshot of a guy posing as Snipes on a hacking-forum.

Well the more detailed reason for going on "That" site was purly to see what clans these hackers are making, if you go look you will see they make quite a few hacking clans. So i wanted to know who to avoid.
Plus if you see the dates of both posts you will see the one on this forum is the later one.
If you think i have something to hide let me know, i will be happy to post some fraps footage on Utube.,

I played tdm egypt once and snipes joined the game and killed everyone with xm8
It was 8 vs 8 match and he has 90-20 or something like that.
he come in our spawn and kill us(8 players) with one clip.
I didnt saved the file cause i was kicked quickly at the end of the game
so i'm glad this guy is baned
and stop crying about ban system, because if one guy is a forumer that doesnt mean he is a legit player.

The thing is that here in this topic we are talking about the security ot legit players and the ban system. So your post here Is not at his place . Are you not able to read and understand what question has been said ?

Even if you are not Grey , at least you Have given an answer that hit the reality , so in clear terms , a legit player may got ban by mistake .The chances of a person who is not hacking getting banned is close to 0% BUT as people will be people and no matter how hard one trys there will always be mistakes... so to answer for gray(I am not gray so he many not have the same opinion) YES its is most definitely possible for one to be deemed a hacker when one is not. Players have been banned before that don't cheat in any way(I can only think of one at the moment) but people make mistakes and the players have been released when they talked to a GM. So I say this to whoever has been banned wrongfully PLEASE contact a GM and they will fix everything right up.

I am a kid or 54 and It`s my wright as everyone got the wright to express their fear about a system . If you think that there are no legit players then you are wrong and you must grow up a little bit .correct

If you look at my K/D on my profile , you will notice that it`s a negative one and I can tell you also that my ping make me suck much to have some kills , and you know what ? I got kicked every day at least 4/6 times for hacking in GM as GR . ( I play only G. Mode ) .Lost relic is the map wher I will got the most accuastion cause I know that map well and most of all the spots where Ghost will try to ambush you , so I will always prefire there and will continue on shooting if I see blood . when entering in A site there ar always ghosts hidden on the corner of the door and , if I enter and hear the breath I will turn wright to that spot and shoot and 90% it a kill and a CRY of HAKUSATION.
So why must I not be scared of a report and get ban . I am really scared now after I read all what has been said here by MOD and other experienced players .
It took me times to arrive at that rank , a and buy all my guns with GP only , and believe that if my account got banned by mistake I will buy 100000 of Pit Bulls and train them to eat the ass of the one responsible of the ban up to his bones . LOOOOL . Joke -

I think its possible to get banned when your legit player. I for one watch my replays to check how i look when i do some serious 1 man army stuff ingame.
I do fear sometimes when i watch replay you see me watch a wall (at a corner) with my aim ready to just strafe arround and shoot at "head height" but i stand still watching it cos im listening for noices of footsteps, guns, knife anything switching... and i gotta say.. I do fear sometimes cos i do an 180 degree turn to shoot one guy, while doing that i hear a guy coming from other side (behind me) and i do another 180 turn and headshot him.
Seriously, I'd ban myself if i see me do sh!t like that. Call it luck or skill or what ever. But if i would have to believe the kids that pm me ingame saying "you banned". I get reported alot and gm/mods see my replays alot... at that point im not sure if im gonna get a ban for "cheat like playing" which is actualy just skill and luck

i said NOT ALL players are legit and that means there are many legit players but there are some hackers as well on this forum like mrmr and that one fuzzileiroo or whatever is his name.
and yeah, like icely said, i think there is a very little chance to be baned if you dont hack
and if it so you can fix it by phone or pm.

I am not talking about a playey that could have try or cheat once . but about a player that is a PERFECT LEGIT player . cause there are real perfect legit players .
I don`t see the point of being strong arm or bad- mouth in coming to tell people about your dissapointement . it`s like the same as if some one who would have beed kicked from a game for being good and was accused of hack and that would come here to tell his (" let say it like that " SADNESS )

Listen a legit player wont get banned ever by no mistake it is obvious when people hack and when there legit if u get banned for hacking you were hacking no further! SHAME ON YOU HACKERS -

Another friend of mine who claims to be Legit Behbe2009, Even if it is not Legit, who are banned or not for just cause could be Answered, 2 of my friends have not been answers when banned ..
I just like to suggest that they could respond.. and so the banned person create a new account or stop playing .. -
