i bought 40K GP + Hazard Namecard which is of course above $4. i participated this similar promotion before and i have received the GP crate prize code with in 3 hours in my email. So far it has been 9hrs and i havn't receive any codes in my email.

it doesn't have to be money, the points is the alternative of payment. Z8games did a similar promotion like this before and i have receive my crates codes with in 3hrs. now it has been 13hrs and no codes provided.

Really? So you can earn Playspan points using their system to purchase ZP and you'll still get zeh free stuffs?

YUP done it couple times in my experience. i already redeem the 40k+namething but i haven't receive the promotional code.

This issue has not been resolved. This may seem desperate but i have been checking my email every hour to receive the 3 gp crates code so far it has been 24hrs. i haven't receive any info or whatsoever with playspan.

I opened a ticket with them, and they are so ******ed it's unbelievable. I am about to report them to the BBB.

They sent me an automated reply saying here are the steps for redeeming my code -WHICH I ALREADY DID. I sent them a second reply to re-open my ticket because this is riddiculous. I am not being so nice this second time around.

I assume I will have to wait until tomorrow to see what they say back. Let me know how you fair.

i have this same problem.
i bought 10k zp on Feb. 2 and haven't received my crates. I HAVE received the newletter telling me how if I spend +$4 I'll get 3 free crates. Didn't it start on Feb1 and goes to Feb21?
