Really starting to hate crossfore.exe

Ok, Ever since the new patch, CF has been effed up for me, Really, It plain just sucks, Ive tried almost everything and still nothing, Ive sent 2 support tickets but i don't know where the heck do i get a response... If it helps, Im using XP and live in Calgary, Here is a pic of my problem
( Sorry if i seem agravated, this problem gets alot on my nerves )

Nope, My Anti-Virus lets Crossfire, This just started since the new patch, before it it was working perfectly fine, the problem is the new patch or mis-download of it
