See, you shouldn’t call them false advertisors without at least trying to work it out. Clearly was just a mistake. Also, congratulations on your new shiny stuff. -

I'll try and make a ticket aswell, I did spent ZP tho because I thought its my own fault and they wont do anything, but lets see =] -

We have announced on the forum and on Discord that that was a mistake, and we encouraged players who purchased ZP through Razer to submit tickets so we can try to help them get what they want in the best way we can. If you have submitted a ticket, then you will receive a response there. Please note that each case will be different depending on the user (Example if you spent the ZP, if you purchased ZP through a different payment option, etc.,)
We again apologize for the issue, and as mentioned we will try to resolve this issue in the best way possible to each player. That being said, this is in no way considered as false advertisement, as the corrective measures are being taken, so we appreciate it if you submit a ticket first. -
They actually did make admit to it...or at least fix it. When it was brought up to Grumpy and he fixed the forum post he said they'd rectify it for those who they can 'when' they send in a support ticket. Then a little drama happened when asked if they'd make a post on the forum thread indicating the mistake.... Which was just kinda...WOW. And that was all that was said for awhile until later Pasta added this note into the discord announcements (she changes her discord name often lolol):
However, I'd reckon to say that if you've spent ANY of that ZP already then they won't be able to rectify the issue for you. Though it could still be worth a try. At the end of the day...if you bought ZP thinking you were going to need it for the Chroma sale due to that incorrect information on the forum post then you should send in a ticket. with any luck. you'll get your ZP removed and crates given. which IMO is fair enough and they don't need to compensate this time as they ARE giving the possibility to simply rectify the issue.
I see, i didnt know that. But don't you also find it weird how whenever such a money-related "mistake" happends the price is always "accidently" higher and never lower.
The fact that their mistakes are always 100% in their favor money wise, leads me to think that it's not a mistake at all but just a gamble to see how far they can kick it.
And if they get caught then they can just pretend it was a mistake.
Surprisingly this time they are apparently compensating those who bought the 100k zp which i strongly encourage they should do more often and i respect that.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. First we are not sure what do you mean by the price is "higher" since the mistake was about the ability to purchase the Chroma crates with ZP instead of directly through Razer. Prices for both the Chroma crates and the ZP itself were the same as usual and never changed since both Razer payment option or the Chroma crates were launched.
However, your comments suggests that this was not a mistake and that it was intentional. This is basically considered fraud which is a serious and a legal matter. Therefore if you believe so, we advise you to take action based on that, and we will gladly respond with all the necessary information.
