So, last day of the event and still nobody is replying regarding the issues with the tracker. As every other big event, this event is a complete fail. Nobody is working on solving the issues, nobody is even mentioning that there will be a solution. In no other company it would work that no GM or other emloyee is working and fixing technical issues during holiday season or weekend. But here it's fine that nobody cares, because everytime a GM posts an event everyone is like "wow, you are so kind to us, you give us free stuff, we love you". Z8games cares, like most other companies, just about sales. The difference is that they claim that it's all free and they are just doing us favours with the events. But it's not like that. I guess everyone in the forums and many of the players payed a lot more for this "free game" than for other games. So they have the right to some professionalism. And professionalism means that you take care about the servers and events. Don't start events when you can't handle it.
I agree with you and I do not understand the lack of commitment of these programmers since being active for 8 years is always the same problem and never resolve anything on time. It is a game of millions of users who invest thousands of hours and dollars hoping that there is someone professional enough to program and let a tracker working, it is as easy as doing that. I really love Crossfire but lately the admins show a lack of commitment allowing untold amounts of cheaters, disrespectful people, and unresolved concerns. -

*Regarding Events Issues
Hello Everyone,
First, we apologize for any issues with the current events and trackers. Unfortunately as some of you have mentioned, due to the holidays not all people are available, therefore we cannot perform any technical changes until Wednesday, December 27.
That being said, rest assured that your game progress is saved even if the trackers are displaying missing or delayed information. You can continue to play, and what we will do next week is the following:
1. We will update any trackers that have issues to show correct progress
2. If you are missing any EP/Rewards, you will receive them between December 27 and December 28
3. If the EP event had an issue, we will re-open the EP items again after we send you the EP so you have a chance of buying them
Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope you continue enjoying the events and everything will be corrected next week.

This event shouldn't be closed, it should be re-opened and given extended time since the error of the trackers. I stopped playing since i didn't know what my progress is and the reply of the "GM" came in too late on the last day of the event (monday). The only reason I'm still playing this rubbish game is because of events and rewards, but you seem to excel in messing it up every time.

I'm not afraid that I will get nothing from this event cause I know there will be a maintenance so the staff will have chance to look at the real progress I made to distribute the rewards. I'm more concerned about the Ribbon Rummage cause I played 15 games HMX with friends (Soldier won of course) but only 1 game was recorded. It was so weird

Before the Tracker was bugged i needed 1 hour gameplay to get the 10 early frostbite crates, then the event with the 2 hours playtime with the rpk gold crates was there then i played, got the xmas fun crates for 2 hours gameplay but not my finished task for 12 hours and i just needed 1 hour more, same on my ghost mode crates (that i dont need already have dual karambit
) and like the other task ginger bread crates still not there, i just wrote the numbers down which tasks crates i did not received by now, number 1,2,9,11 and 12 that crates i still missing hope they do it in the next hours.
