I really hope you fix this tracker soon. I'm really unsure now if I actually did all the events now. I think I did (90% sure), but I really would be glad with some confirmation.
Especially because this event is almost finished I hope it's gonna be fixed before that... -
Guys for the Wave mode ,Is the requested is Game or WIn ?
Also I think the tracker is not working and I don't know if I finished or not
For Wave it is just games, but the Tracker doesn't work and we also do not receive any rewards at the moment. We have to wait until they fix it or figure something out to satisfy the players. -
I checked the part of the event where you have to play 12 hours, it said I played 6 hours. Since the tracker is broken, am I suppose to guess how many hours I played in the game now? Many things can happen in the game like client errors, getting votekicked out, loading time, host starting the game, leaving room because of hacker that would hinder game time.

The tracker broke from the so many events lmao.. It's cool tho. Hopefully, everything is recorded separately from the tracker as [GM]Grumpy said.. Just grab a piece of paper and write everything down until the staff are back on 27th. do 13/14 count instead of 12 just to be sure though :rolleyes:

I wanna say i counted my 12th played game today without getting the last remaining crates of this event. This is my last task and i completed it, yet it wasnt noticed. GMs, please acknowledge me and others, who did all the tasks as referred to "http://crossfire.z8games.com/event/12daysofCF?platform=hootsuite" here.

So, last day of the event and still nobody is replying regarding the issues with the tracker. As every other big event, this event is a complete fail. Nobody is working on solving the issues, nobody is even mentioning that there will be a solution. In no other company it would work that no GM or other emloyee is working and fixing technical issues during holiday season or weekend. But here it's fine that nobody cares, because everytime a GM posts an event everyone is like "wow, you are so kind to us, you give us free stuff, we love you". Z8games cares, like most other companies, just about sales. The difference is that they claim that it's all free and they are just doing us favours with the events. But it's not like that. I guess everyone in the forums and many of the players payed a lot more for this "free game" than for other games. So they have the right to some professionalism. And professionalism means that you take care about the servers and events. Don't start events when you can't handle it.

Ok, I admit, I overread that.. But that doesn't change anything about the problem with the event and the problem that nobody fixes it. It's nice that they will solve it at the 27th but I have the problem now and the event ends today. -

I agree it has caused a lot of issues and panic but it's the holidays and unexpected issues do happen hopefully on the 27th everyone get's their Crates and EP and maybe Santa can hand out >> Extra Rewards for having Patience ^^ <<< who knows and maybe extend those events till 31st such as 12 days of Xmas, Ribbon Rummage is fine, we have till 31st. -

Let the GMs enjoy their holidays too.. I just realised nobody ever thinks of that, everyone just wants their rewards asap, even if you patiently wait for some days the rewards are not gonna go anywhere, you'll get it sooner or later, so just play and enjoy and let them ENJOY their holidays. It's not about not letting GMs enjoy their holidays and not about not getting the rewards. I don't care about getting the rewards excactly on the promised day. The problem is that in a big company there has to be support, even during the holidays. Every company has that. And it's about the tracker not working, so you can't even get the rewards, because maybe you did not count right or didn't measure the play time every game.
If this would have happened the first time it's ok, but this happens on every big event. -
I didn't finished all tasks , however I played a complete game for 12 days I know that cause I freaking played 5 hours a day everyday , and Its still incomplete and I didn't got the crates, also the 12 kills on every S&D map , I did that too, I tracked the maps and finished them one by one and still says I got maps to finish, this event was a crappy load of bugs, not to mention the rest of the crates I got didn't gave me a singe premium weapon, I hope ur not expecting to see cash from me , cause you aren't , not after this ****....
