Razer Chroma Sale [October 11 - 15]

It's not the 16th yet in the US so why the sale ended now? We didn't know the fix would take so much time and i spun like 300(spun like a total of 700) without getting anything....

Yes i feel you.... actually i feel we're getting abused/trolled somewhat if i didn't had bills to pay.

The event should be extended due to the error happened these day. Im pretty sure many people like me are busy so they werent able to purchase the crates or even knew that it had been fixed at the end of the day of the sales. This should be considered. We just need some fair points.

I only need the BC Axe to complete the set. I was trying to purchase the crates on 13 and 14 but its error time and I was busy on 15th due to the work. And im pretty sure many people have the same situation with me. IT IS NOT FAIR AT ALL

So we bought Razer Zgold to buy nothing? lol I had pay extra money to charge my razer account then you end the sale now? is that fair? error time and server busy for 2 days and I cannot complete purchase, So I thought you must be honest and extended sale time one day to be fair for all players, I hope you make it back again, I have $200 holding in my razer account and actually paid 204$ to get them. and you end the sale!! same bro. same for me z8games really not respect their players, server was hang for 20:24 hours, I also thought that they will extend the time of event sale for next 2 or 1 days, before z8games was do that and fix their errors by making their customers happy, I remember when AXE VIP was have an bug they reward all purchasers of AXE-VIP with ak 47 noble beast, I hope this time they make razer sale back for 1 day!

Unfortunately, due to the fact that this is an event in agreement with a different company, we could not extend it for this time. However, we are currently working with them to see if we can re-introduce them again in the near future

as am egyptian customer, razer didn't accept my credit card also not able to use PSC in egypt, first two days of event not able to buy because of that problem, then when i used Subway Gift Card to charge my razer they send code in 5 hours let me know please how I buy 100k zp every 5 hours once last day server was down for about 17 hours I still have razer balance without use it because of this hang, do anything @[GM]Grumpy i really need to win ak47 to complete my set :'(

You quoted him saying that they are working with Razer to bring back the crates in the near-ish future. So just hang in there. Your zGold will be fine until then. Or you can opt to use your zGold through Razer purchase for ZP for Bingo or another update then as well. Your choice.

People should also be aware that most of the problems that occurred were in actuality on Razer's/zVaults side and not Z8's so if you're looking for someone to beg for compensation....go to zVault and send a ticket in there. Z8 can likely only negotiate with Razer for another potential release soon and give in their input on how the promotional went.
It should also be known, since I saw some people in-game facing this issue, that when you're using Paypal/Credit options with zVault, especially if it's your first times using zVault, they will likely flag your account and prevent excess Paypal/Creditcard authorization for a few days+ and that your only option at that point would be Gift Cards for topping up on zGold (Subway and PaySafe for example). They likely do this to prevent kids who may have gotten a hold of parent's Paypal/credit card info but once verified you shouldn't have this problem again. at least I haven't. This too is also a Razer zVault issue and not a Z8 one, but is something that would have prevented the sales of the Chroma crates or otherwise due to people not being able to top up on zGold.

@Ixith I think you say that because you don't face any of these problems, I try my credit card from 9 month's ago and not work, I know its not z8games problem, but you see that 2 days enough for who looking for get razer set? , I have to be thief to get all this money in short time.

ok, if you only want to use your zGold to purchase the Chroma set, then please hold on to it and give us sometime to see what can be done
