If you have achieved the event completely and your reward has not been delivered, you must send a ticket to support for a answer, Reward (25k Event Points) has been received immediately after you complete all the tasks correctly -

The same thing happened to me, for some reason the SHIP map do not count.

Again, closing this thread so this post remains visible.
We apologize for the inconvenience regarding this issue. We identified the problem and we will add the EP to all accounts on Monday, If your tracker showed that you completed the event, then you will receive your EP by 6 PM EDT Monday.
