Crossfire HGWC error : Failed to connect to server : W[2003]L[0]

If i wanna start playing Crossfire then this allways come .
At Step 3 then it stop and it says this Failed to connect to Server
I tried to reinstall the game it doesnt work
It took me 30mins till i can play '
30 mins of start crossfire and waiting till this message come then close and open again and this is really boring pls can some1 help me.
