If you want the Ribbon or Community Goal Rewards, then you must complete all Personal Goals (5 Tasks, which included Winning a Pistol GP or ZP). -

It's bad lucky, but you can't pay for the pistol in item shop, the requirement is Win a pistol from the Black Market (GP o ZP), sorry dude, you need to keep trying

It's kinda lame that you only get community goals prize in case you completed all 5 personal goals. Makes no sense at all, because if you completed 50 pistol headshots goal, that means you helped the community. What do you get for helping the community? Nothing in this case. And the 5th goal... Who came up with the actual idea that a player needs to spend tons of gp just to get a ***** pistol on blackmarket so he/she can receive a ****** 4k ep. Are you guys being serious? The event is not so bad, but this 2 things are a big dissapointment.

Complete the Personal Goals and reach the Community Goals for Free Crate Tickets!so if i didn't win any pistol from the Blackmarket i won't be eligible for the Community Goal reward?
Nope you won't be since you haven't done all the requirements -

Jessy, I want you to be honest with all of us now. Does this make any sense to you? That a player depends on nothing but luck to complete a goal. Aren't "goals" supposed to be based on a player's time and effort he puts in? Somebody can spend 1 million gp and get nothing, and some random guy can spin a single crate and win a pistol and complete this goal. You think this is fair? I seriously need to speak with a person who came up with this idea because this is nonsense. -
