so I can understand from that that it does not have a specific update timing? It will just update within two hours of my last game no matter when, true?

if you completed the event you will get the other rewards only but the main ribbon will not be doubled

Neither. If you already have the ribbon and you don't do this event then you won't lose he ribbon that you already have. If you do complete this event, you won't get double ribbons.

If you won a pistol from the Black Market on the 30 August 2017 then it should count.

1 Million is final objective, we complete and get all the previous rewards . So yes we/you take 18 Free Ticket Crates if you did your personal goals all of them

If the community achieves 100,000 Headshots, everyone who completed the individual goals will get 1 Crate Ticket!

If the community achieves 250,000 Headshots, everyone who completed the individual goals will get 2 Crate Tickets!

If the community achieves 500,000 Headshots, everyone who completed the individual goals will get
5 Crate Tickets!

If the community achieves 1,000,000 Headshots, everyone who completed the individual goals will get ] 10 Crate Tickets!

I spun over 500 crates for D.E camo and anaconda and nothing cause I have the worst luck. I don't think this event is do-able for me

Question to administration: is SimTD for pistol only counts too for time and game counter? because it's a bit boring to play pistol only games, when you complete kills and headshots event.
