Like many of you here, I've been experiencing the same issue with the tracker. I completed well over 20 mm games in a row(as was required) and for a while that objective was completed on the tracker. However, at some point it reset and ever since it has been showing that i completed 0 games, as shown in the image below.
After sending four support tickets, this is the reply i got....
"Sometimes when you check the event tracker it might not display the correct result or it can display an error. This is a temporary error and if you tried later it should output the correct results. Moreover, regardless of the event tracker output, your progress in the game is automatically saved into the database. This means that if you successfully completed the requested tasks, then your progress is saved in the database and you will receive any reward that you qualified for."
This is just ridiculous. I know i completed 20 games in a row. I spent many hours trying to completed this event, only for all of my efforts to go to waste in the end. Please GM's look into this matter so that players like me, who are experiencing this problem, can get our crates. It's been 2 days now, and clearly sending support tickets is absolutely useless........ -

Same issue here. I sent them a ticket and I got the same reply as you, sent another one and they said I did not finish the event while I played HMX for 4 days straight. Sad... -
I wonder when do they going to stop this copy paste style to every god damn ticket this is more than pathetic for real everyone is getting the same exact answer and some doesnt even get any and they close the tickets right away this is fantastic clearly they ar emaking sveryone mad to leave the game they want to abandon but boy aw boy are you going to lose tons of trust in your company cause of these moves even in future games so you better get your things together before you hit the wall

UGH .. GM Kanadian you stated that our data is still there even if the tracker bugged
i'm Really not over it . and Never will be ... do you know how many hours i spent ? We all did alot of work and we need to get our rightful rewards because it's their mistake not ours -
