I just had the same thing happen. Finished my 20 mutation mode games (did like 25-30 to be 100% sure), when checking the events page, seen it completed. After this, I moved on to the other parts of the mission, such as doing other mutation modes like HMX, Hero Mode, etc. When finishing the 5 different mutation modes and checking my status of my events for the second time, my mutation counter is now at 0.
Bump... still not fixed after checking numerous times last night and this morning. FIX THIS. -
So, what happened to the 20 mutation games I've played in a row? Why is it 0 out of 20 games now? I lost all that progress. Tell me I don't have to do that "in a row" thing again. It was a pain to do as it is.
Hello my friend. There was also a problem with the tracker, so just do not have a problem with it. In the shortest time this will be solved by the managers.:) -

Objective 2: Play a total of 15 hours on any Mutation Mode ....
I think that 15 hours is too hard to be accomplished because I play crossfire every day for 2 hours , and its too long to be completed , so can you reduse the 15 hours , or extend the time for the event ? -
Do you GMs/moderators ever read forums? Do you guys have any idea that this is even broken? I'm literally spending so much time just playing mutation mindlessly because I'm afraid of going into any other mode and it resetting my matches AGAIN. At least say you guys are AWARE of the situation or something, ffs.

If you guys did 20 games and the trackers now says 0, the games are still registered in their database, tracker might be broken atm...
Btw, just need 8 hours to finish the event...

We are aware of an issue with the tracker. Rest assured that if you completed the 20 games and it says that on the tracker, that even if it resets afterwards it WILL STILL COUNT. We will fix the tracker shortly, but the data is there and does not rely only on the tracker, so you guys will be fine

Top right of the page click on "Settings," then on the left you will see "Edit Signature."

Could we get an event with a tracker thats working normally without crashing bugging or not even working? Pretty please.
also while we at it could you change the so called anticheat we have and replace it with something reliable for the love of god hackers are flying allover the game fast knifing etc...everyone is do sick of it!!
