Banned before play !

i just came to crossfire today ! since 10-15 min
i have purchased 340k ZP with Rixty payment method
and then i went to crossfire client and created my account ingame
and choose my ingame name
i didn't even start 1 match or went to a gamr room or even buy anything with my zp
then i went to store to check whats news there
i got DC from server ? !
tried to login again
error msg apper saying ur account prem banned ?!??????
i still didn't even play !!!!

Did you change any game files? For example, sound, killmark, images, etc? It is against the rules to change these files.

If you haven't already, close ALL programs, then start up Crossfire (even programs running in the background that's not necessary).

Well, something on your computer is flagged as a hack tool. Since that's the case, there is nothing that anyone on the forums can help with. I suggest reformatting your computer and then re-download Crossfire.
