If he does mean crates, then this is a impractical suggestion.
To change what the crates give from 3 to 4 would require changing both how the crates reward us and every previous crate released.

It would be like designing a car under the Metric system and then when the designers are done telling them to redesign it under the Imperial system.

It certainly grants more chances for Smilegate to shove temporary coupon weapons down in those slots, but may also give permanent weapons in the ending slots at 90 and 100; (Or w/e coupon amt it is.)

Seems like a good idea, but I doubt it would happen; Lots of things in the forum go without saying that they won't get implemented into the game.
