This clan Named "HooliGanes" are a bunch of Cheaters

I think it's great you had the chance to get a video proving these people cheat, careful posting them on this site though. Common sense tells us to post these kinds of things here (Since this is a long standing issue in Crossfire).
Yet Z8Games employees and affiliated unpaid persons that monitor this forum seem to dislike "transparency" - (anything that makes them look bad as a company) - This includes blatant undeniable cheating, which in turn, will land YOU an infraction for "Cheating Accusations" , as the low self-esteemed individual previously put it.
Your best bet is to save the videos you collect of these cheaters and add them to YouTube, maybe one day (if this game isn't completely dead by then) they will actually care to ban cheaters. So far all they do is protect and encourage cheating (As long as you pay $$$ to play of course) Have yet to see someone from Z8Games prove me wrong.

Putting that video on the forums is only going to get you infracted. Report them properly through a ticket. They're starting to really crack down on the tickets, I've had mine closed and commented on, and all hackers so far (7/7, just checked) banned. -

Can't edit my other post but:
They are starting to do something. Maybe don't break the rules of the forums, and you won't get infractions. Submit the replay via a ticket, and as above, start getting results. It hasn't been like this long, but they're finally communicating with us and letting us know when they're looked at them. They don't use youtube videos as evidence.
