Yeah me and my friends aren't buying anything until they fully disclose what are the factors "in each different account" as they put it that determine the pre-order price one gets.
Seriously what the hell is Z8 thinking this time, just having a fixed discounted percentage like 30% or 25% like before works fine and everybody gets the same price but now we got a situation where there is price discrimination?? Are they that desperate for cash? -
Two VIPs owned in my case and the offer is on 164k ZP on both.
As many of us have already stated, this could be not determined by the number of VIPs an account own, but (this is my guess) to the number of VIPs M4A1 and Chars an account currently owns. I'm posting this based on what the offer page is showing it up to me: "Get your first VIP M4A1 and Character today!" <
(I currently don't own any M4A1 or char VIP)...Idk if we all got the same message but if not, then the offers could be probably based on the previous VIP M4A1 and chars an account owns.

It's calculated based on if you have how many VIPs of the same kind plus other VIPs. So if you have all the previous M4 VIPs and all the other VIP chars, you'll get a higher discount.
^ I think this is what I wanted to explain about how the offer works on our accounts.

Your offer is 164,000 same offer given to new comers with 0 VIPS as I tested. As for having M4A1s and Previous characters which would give better offer that isn't the case as you can see below Quote user only has Melee VIP but is given better offer than you and some people who has more than 1 M4A1 Variant and Characters but their offer is even higher. Sorry to use you MidolsLegend as Example here, but I am glad you have a good offer but others have even better offers or worse and we want to know why

I think I will wait until we get something answered but for those with 127k or less offers, I would take it, before something is changed:D Red is my edit. I did like the old Pre-Orders which clearly stated First Time buyers 20%, Second or More VIP 30% Iron Beast or Variant plus 10% off = 40% etc that's clear and understandable. -

Hmm, then I guess owing previous non-m4 or char vips is not the only pre-requisite to get the discount. In the example you are stating, it would be great if that person could tell us if he got any other non-VIP weapons (like rings or noble weapons, since those could probably be taken into account for the discount). Or well yeah, we can just wait for an official explanation about this then. :<157k and I own 5 VIPS (C-Axe, Shovel OB, M4A1 IB, Knuckles ID, Ak 47 IB)

You only got an slightly better discount than me, and that already makes me think that only your M4A1 is counting for the discount. Even so, it's weird that other users are getting unbalanced offers right now. =/ -
I own all of the other M4 VIP variants and both of the VIP chars and my offer is 127k. My acc is also created in 2011. My friend has a deal that is 30k more expensive and he has all the things I do except for the Trinity VIP char. Maybe this is it? But it seems very unlikley that one char will lower the price this much, considering he has more VIPs and money spent (also more ribbons but I don't belive in this).

This should confirm my theory. I have only M4IB and I'm getting offered 157,850 ZP. But this whole scenario of custom discount is not something I'd force my customers into given they're already outraged because of poor and sub-standard services they're given for months. I was hoping they'd be offering good deals to win players' trust back but they come up with this goofy discount setup to make things even worse. Not to mention you get really crappy bonuses for spending upto $130 for this.
Make it 120K ZP for the new bundle for everyone or I for one won't be buying it

I've got the same offer on 3 accounts which is 143,500. No VIPs owned on neither of them, different number of ribbons on each one & different creation dates.
I kind of like the idea of this. Lets wait for them to explain it. -

That is strange since my account is just like yours but with 4 vips and it will cost me 164K ZP.... So more expensive for people that already own vips? -

It might have to do with the accounts created date, in which if that was true it is kinda "fair" but at the same time give the people that already own vips a discount since they don't really need to get the same vip with "slight" perks.
So far i'm not with this new "based on your account" thing -

I can confirm it is false since I had a more expensive price than another person that created their account after me 164K ZP and account crated in 2013 -
Just wait until they explain itAren't VIPs part of your account? Is 'account' a new and separate entity that we don't know about?
I didn't mean that. I meant that I'm not sure if its based on the number of VVIPs you own only or not. -
