Which GM(s) are in charge of the Competitive Scene?

Just wondering because if GM Kanadian is the main manager for the Competitive Community, can we vote him out and get another one?

And just wondering are you guys mad at xotek for saying what's wrong with our community and what we can do to help it grow?

If you are the main manager, Kanadian, I'm sorry bro but in all honesty you really don't know anything about the competitive players or teams. And do you get butt hurt at all the threads about you guys not doing a good job? Because it seems like you guys do.

Looks very childish and unprofessional when you guys close threads saying the most irrelevant thing and then when we want to reply, we can't.

Bringing this up and mentioning x0tek only hurts his chances since GMs are less willing to associate with those in his circle with behaviour like this ...

As for voting out the manager of the competitive scene that's lol worthy when that position is most likely appointed by Smilegate since they host the events themselves ...

And as for the GMs they get hired by Smilegate so you're mistaken if you think most of them had any attachment to this community before or after they had joined up for the job ...

It's important to realize that all major decisions are made with the input from several GMs.

Kanadian, while the main competitive figurehead GM, is not the only one to blame for any complaints you, or anyone, have.

With that said, I want to address a few points. They warrant their own thread, though, since otherwise it'll be off topic.

DO NOT POST IT! Stay off the forums. You fail to realize. You are only pouring more gas on the fire you started. Although the fire was justified you are causing more damage than needed. Just fast from the forums and stop posting

Did you even read what I wrote? I am helping him if you only could read.. I still support his team and think they should have gotten in but guess what they didn't... So to keep posting about makes no sense or have his minons, including you add your 2 cents doesn't help. So please save your judgement for yourself.

I'm not trying to help him get in the Elite League, I just never liked the way our Competitive Community is managed. It's very unfair, and have they even posted a date for when CFCL is gonna start? They post an announcement just to stall even longer, still no date?

Edit: You can't tell me Kanadian is perfect for the Competitive Community, he's lied many times, and barely knows anything about the competitive players or teams. He gets butt hurt all the time too. It's very unprofessional, this is a billion dollar game and one of biggest competitive games in the world and you have a GM like this managing a big portion of the game in our region. Why not get someone who knows what they're doing...

But getting people to protest the GM's and trying to get other teams disqualified from the league out of spite will do anything but get your team invited. If you think you should be in the league then prove it, both in and out of the game. Simple as that.

Well if we keep going on this direction, this game will not be getting bigger in our region, just saying.

And I think you are trying to make some pretty good money out of the tournaments if I'm not mistaken? Right?

Edit: And I am not trying to get any team in or out of the Elite League, I just want to see this game grow that's it...

Foremost, Wizdom is trying to help us. He doesn't deserve any ire from people for doing so, either. While I disagree with him, I understand where he's coming from more clearly now, and do apologize for the miscommunication earlier.

I am not "getting people to protest", as you claim, and I am certainly not trying to "get other teams disqualified".

My team has had multiple teams offer us spots in the Elite League over them, and we declined each of the offers. We felt that the decision of the GMs should be respected, and it would be unprofessional to go about things in such an underhanded manner.

Edit: To clarify further. Getting teams disqualified is equally distasteful. While we are confused and dismayed about the selections of teams, ultimately we support anyone and everyone involved in the competitive scene. As I have said literally hundreds of times, the community at large is the only reason top players can compete whatsoever. Anything that expands the competitive community garners 100% of my and my team's support.

Nice try x0tek, but you know a team cannot simply give their spot to you. That's not how it works and you know that. Stop trying to say you declined it because you "respect their decisions". You are as toxic as the average e8 player, when they say your mentality isn't at the level they want it's totally true.

I did not say they didn't offer you it, the fact is teams cannot simply give away their spot to another team. You know that's not fair and the GMs wouldn't allow it, they didn't want you in the elite league for a reason. But nice try again X0tek.

As per our previous discussions, you did not technically ask people to "protest", but you made a public Facebook post asking people to "make their concerns and voices heard" should they feel this situation is wrong. While not technically a protest, as I said to you before, you have invited people to cause trouble on your behalf. I believe you should listen to your peers and ask these people to stop doing that. It's not helping you or your team at all.
