z8 really needs a better way to get your accounts back support just isnt good u have to wait to long and they mess u around
ive provided everysingle infomation i could and what they asked for
and they still wont give my acc back wdf is wth this

    Support team had a holiday yesterday. They do not work on the weekends. I think they work at 10 AM to 5 PM EST.

    they replyed but now they want 3 paypal accounts i cant find them tryed looking for almsot 2 weeks ive moved house and gotten new comp since i used paypal on zp

    Sucks you're on a new com and a new house (actually gratz :) )
    But if support wishes to verify your account with a piece of information and you can't provide it... Well sorry. But the ball is on your side of the court.

    yer i know just anoyed me they wanted the info i got them it then they want more ive proved this is my acc they could even check ips ive provied from old house and new

    Yea I can sympathize the annoyance at times.

    But the process works correctly. Unfortunately I'm going to have to close this up.
