Unfortunatly, no screen shot and your starters were not on but that is up to you for you guys to believe me or not.
To get on the ban list is not hard, seeing as how many false bans there has been. -

They were a VSGL team i believe. (if not they did play in some league/tourny.
Jaggar is an obvious case..he aimbots(recently). At least the last scrim I played against him, so it is a justified ban. Walling/chamming is a different story. -

For people who cannot understand that, they are saying they are allowed to keep a log of anything that regards to that players account, for example, a replay of them hacking. If they cannot get any solid evidence of them cheating out of any proof that was reported to them, then that user cannot be banned since they cannot prove that they broke a rule.
So if they fail to show proof of that user breaking a rule (it doesn't have to be to me, but will have to be to the user who plays on the account), then they cannot legally hold their account.
apparently you don't know what "z8games reserves the right to" means. It means they can retain data, but do not have to. I'm sorry but you are making yourself look dumb -

they played vsgl, but weren't very good. They were cool people to hang with though. I almost had a scout ace vs them in our match but xpa killstealed.

Fail interpretation... It says that Z8games can do whatever they want to ur a/c without giving u a single reason... U have to follow their rules.. Nowhere it means that u can demand any evidence and they are obliged to provide one... G
