Phive and Delta banned

It would be under the "Terms & Conditions" you were supposed to read when you made your account. Then you should have clicked that little box saying you read it and agree to it. In there it says they own your profile, it is their property, and can do whatever they want with it.

For people who cannot understand that, they are saying they are allowed to keep a log of anything that regards to that players account, for example, a replay of them hacking. If they cannot get any solid evidence of them cheating out of any proof that was reported to them, then that user cannot be banned since they cannot prove that they broke a rule.

So if they fail to show proof of that user breaking a rule (it doesn't have to be to me, but will have to be to the user who plays on the account), then they cannot legally hold their account.

Read the bold part. That's it, no more talking needed. They don't have to unban anything guy. They do whatever they want with your account. Get it through your head man lol xD

Nowhere in there does it say "We will unban you if we cannot produce evidence of you hacking."

It says exactly, that they can do whatever, whenever, and for whatever reason they want.

I know that. However the rules cross over themselves. So even if they say that they can ban us at any time, I can say that they can't since they also said they only can if there is proof of them using an illegal program.

Here is a story for you:
Cypher, WoTip and Dweez have all had accounts on the ban list for hacking. Cypher asked Saidin to show him proof of them hacking. Saidin said since there was no evidence of them hacking, he unbanned all of them.

Cool story eh?

that fact is, the so called hacker can own you on growler, which is going towards the argument of him not hacking. IDK about phive but delta has played on growler and Anti Cheat just as fine as he does off. Doesnt make much sense. And phive getting banned has to be the lawlz of the year....HE'S SO BAD!

You're wrong. They "reserve the right" meaning, if they decide to, they can keep a log. They're not obligated to. They're also not obligated to show you proof if they do have it.
