To answer your question, you get EP as soon as all task are complete. Good way to check is storage for Big Head Spray and Name Cards, if you have them and no EP then send a ticket to support. If you don't have the Spray, Name card and no EP then you didn't complete it all, check the tracker.

the funny thing is the tracker for the big head playtime updated and weekend still stuck at 112 mins , already sent a ticket >.>

I just check the BM to see if I got those crates or not. You should do the same. Don't wait for the tracker to update because it may be either behind or a head.

Does the last tracker work for you guys? I have completed more than 2 hours on both weekends however, it says that I only completed 1 of 5 weekends even though I got the crates.

Mine says 2 of 5 weekends, visual bug probably since you did more than two hours. Unless its like events where you gotta do like extra few games in this case minutes, not too sure.
