I've got a curious question....i'm guessing the answer is no BUT it's worth asking. On these Xmas crates for playing on weekends...if we collect them and don't spin them until July...would they count for the Christmas in July event? (providing it happens again this year?)
I think a lot of people would be interested in the answer to that question. I personally already have that ribbon (won the Thompson Xmas from this very crate last year) but I have an alt that could use another ribbon if it's lucky enough and of course all the others who don't have it would probably like a shot at it (especially without spending ZP to do so).

No, you can't save these for the Christmas in July event we run annually. The crates released during that time are the only ones that will count as a win for the Christmas in July ribbon.

This makes me sad though is what i predicted. But thanks for answering! It'd be cool if July has an event like this or another event...if it included the crates that could win that ribbon as well. Or if not...then some other event with a new ribbon. I feel the urge for another ribbon or two...and it certainly has NOTHING to do with the fact i'm at 48 ribbons....nope...nothing to do with that... -

Yes it will count, you can spread them through the three days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). 30 mins today, 30 tomorrow and 1 hour on Sunday is another example that works.
